This is where I get to know your story, your priorities, and what matters most.
We’ll talk through your vision, guest numbers, budget, and any non-negotiables.
From there, I’ll map out a clear action plan and timeline so you know exactly what happens next.

2. Building Your Dream Team
Once I understand your vibe, I start researching and recommending suppliers that match your budget and style — venues, florists, photographers, caterers, musicians and more.
You’ll get curated options (no endless scrolling required), and I’ll handle the communication and bookings once you decide. I don’t take commissions from suppliers. My recommendations are always based on quality and fit, not kickbacks.
3. Design + Logistics
Here’s where your ideas become a real plan.
I’ll help refine your theme, layout, run sheet, and floor plan.
We’ll nail down the details — from colour palettes to guest flow — so your day feels seamless and personal.
I’ll also handle RSVP management, supplier timelines, and final confirmations leading up to the big day.
4. The Wedding Week
In the lead-up, I liaise with all your suppliers to confirm delivery times, logistics, and bump-in schedules.
You can focus on being excited — not buried in checklists.
I’ll create a detailed wedding timeline and run sheet that everyone (including you) can easily follow.

5. On-the-Day Coordination
When the day arrives, I’m your calm in the chaos.
I oversee setup, manage suppliers, cue the ceremony, and make sure everything flows as planned.
