From approximately four weeks out, I’ll liaise with your suppliers, finalise the details, and make sure everything runs seamlessly on the day.

With wedding planning, I’m with you from the start – mapping out your vision, sourcing venues and suppliers, creating timelines, and guiding the whole process.
On-the-day coordination is different. Once the planning is done, I’ll step in 4–6 weeks before your wedding day to bring everything together.
Once you’ve locked me in, we’ll meet to confirm how you want the day to run. I’ll then create a detailed run sheet and connect with your venue and suppliers so everyone is aligned.
On the day, I’m the go-to person for everyone. If there’s a fire, I’ll put it out! I make sure the venue looks perfect before guests arrive, and will work closely with all suppliers and your MC throughout the day, so you can relax and enjoy a stress-free celebration.
About 4–6 weeks before the wedding. I confirm details, create a detailed runsheet, finalise timings, and get in touch with all your suppliers.
